LuggagePros states this in more than one place. luggagepros.com/pages/shipping-policy says “We offer free ground shipping on orders over $99, shipping to the contiguous U.S”; luggagepros.com says “Free Shipping (Continental US)”.
LuggagePros says: “All merchandise must be in the same new, unused condition in which it was received, including original tags, packaging and box.” (luggagepros.com/pages/returns)
